A Valentine's Day Floral Installation with Kendra Scott
This year, we had the opportunity to collaborate with the Kendra Scott location on Magazine Street to create a breathtaking Valentine's Day-themed floral installation that added an extra touch of romance to the store. On iconic Magazine Street, Kendra Scott’s vibrant and elegant store became the perfect backdrop for our floral artistry, as we combined the store's signature luxurious style with a burst of color and love.
Bringing the Spirit of Valentine's Day to Life
When we first began designing this installation, we knew we wanted to reflect the spirit of Valentine's Day — a celebration of love and connection. With Kendra Scott's signature use of gold, delicate design, and timeless pieces, we complemented their aesthetic with a bold color palette of pinks, purples, and reds.
The Floral Design: A Burst of Romance
The colors we chose weren’t just random—they each symbolize different aspects of love. Pink symbolizes affection, purple speaks to admiration, and red is, of course, the color of passion. These hues wove together to create an immersive experience that drew visitors in with its warmth and vibrancy.
Our team meticulously designed both inside and outside the store, making sure every detail was thoughtfully placed to draw attention to the flowers and the way they complimented Kendra Scott’s jewelry. Upon entering the store, customers were greeted by a stunning display of florals cascading from the mantle, with pink and purple blooms flowing down like a waterfall. On the exterior, we created an entryway with lush, oversized florals that incorporated romantic colors to beckon passersby to stop and admire the beauty.
Creating a Magical Atmosphere Inside
Inside the store, we transformed the space into an enchanting environment, harmonizing the floral installation with the store's elegant jewelry displays. We intertwined soft roses, vibrant peonies, and delicate chrysanthemums, each bloom strategically placed to complement Kendra Scott's stunning jewelry collections. The flowers brought an organic contrast to the sleek lines and polished metalwork.
To add an extra layer of whimsy and elegance, we incorporated fresh floral arrangements on select tables, subtly echoing the design elements of Kendra Scott's jewelry. Customers could immerse themselves in the installation, with every corner offering something new and delightful to explore.
A Collaborative Effort That Sparked Joy
The collaboration between our floral design team and Kendra Scott’s talented team sought to create an experience that would not only highlight the beauty of both the jewelry and the flowers but also evoke a sense of joy and warmth.
Visitors were delighted to step into a space that felt both intimate and grand, allowing them to appreciate the thoughtful fusion of nature, art, and design. The floral installation provided the perfect backdrop for shoppers to take photos and find the perfect piece of jewelry.
A Lasting Impression
We are incredibly grateful to Kendra Scott for allowing us to bring this vision to life and to the Magazine Street for embracing the installation with such enthusiasm. We can’t wait for more opportunities to continue designing floral installations that bring a little extra magic into the world.
